Today, we own directly or through ventures nearly 116,000 undeveloped acres located in the path of growth. Our strategy is to maximize this opportunity and create value through the entitlement, sale or development of these assets.
Over time, as markets expand and grow near major metropolitan areas, land located near these growth corridors but not yet entitled may then be moved up the value chain through the entitlement process and into development.
