The demand for multifamily units, combined with historically low levels of new construction and shifts in home ownership rates due to tighter home mortgage credit underwriting, is expected to result in strong occupancies and rent growth in the coming years. Beyond that, a preferred site can be either a close-in suburban location, or an urban in-town setting. Currently, we are active in the major cities of Texas, as well as other sunbelt states.
