Population growth and demographic trends are currently very favorable for apartments. The demand for multifamily units, combined with historically low levels of new construction and shifts in home ownership rates due to tighter home mortgage credit underwriting, is expected to result in strong occupancies and rent growth in the coming years. Consequently, the overall risk-adjusted investment returns are expected to be attractive.
We start with identifying where we think people want to live. In doing so, we consider which states and cities, as well as the specific neighborhoods, people desire. Beyond that, a preferred site can be either a close-in suburban location, or an urban in-town setting. Whether close in to the city core, or suburban, our sites will be close to employment centers, entertainment, shopping, recreation, and cultural activities. Currently, we are active in the major cities of Texas, as well as other sunbelt states.
Our motto is "Live with Purpose." That means you get lots of choices, allowing you to live how you want to live. We offer a broad range of floorplans and unit sizes, all with designer color schemes and high quality interior finishes. Our communities are well-built, with attention to detail and the latest in technology and amenities. In addition, we build all our communities with water and energy conservation in mind, protecting these valuable resources for all of us and saving you money at the same time.
We offer exceptional amenities for our residents. Our communities feature several large areas where people can connect, such as resort-style pools, large clubhouses, state-of-the-art exercise facilities, and (where possible) roof-top terraces with fabulous views. In addition, we offer business centers and the latest in technology and internet connectivity. For quieter relaxation, we offer secondary social spaces for activities such as reading, internet browsing, yoga, or meditation.
