Barrington Kingwood
3rd Qtr. 2011- Acquired 180 fully developed lots for $9 million in a master-planned, mixed-use community located in Kingwood, Texas - including the right to receive about $4 million in reimbursements through a development agreement with the City of Houston.
Discovery at Spring Trails
2nd Qtr. 2011 -Acquired non-performing bank loan for $21.5 million, secured by a first mortgage against a 900 acre master-planned, mixed-use community located in Spring, Texas.
TEMCO and CL Realty
1st Qtr. 2012 - Acquisition of 17 real estate projects within TEMCO and CL Realty joint ventures.
