Forestar permits the use of its land for hunting and recreational purposes to organized groups of sportsmen and local citizens. This is done in order to protect and enhance its land, offset ownership expenses, limit liability, reduce exposure to fire, theft, dumping, and illegal trespass, and to foster an atmosphere of goodwill and cooperation.
