Hold Harmless Agreement
If you elect to enter Forestar land to view a potential recreational license tract or for any other reason, you agree to do so at your own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, you waive any claims against, and agree to hold Forestar, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors and contractors (collectively, the Forestar parties) harmless from, all claims or liability of every type (including court costs and legal fees) for injury or death to any person or for damage to property arising out of or relating to your presence on land owned or licensed by Forestar. This agreement applies to you and any other party accompanying you, under your direction, or at your request.
