Also, the Site Information is subject to modification by Forestar at any time without notice. By using this web site, you agree that your use of the Site Information is at your own risk.
This site does not constitute an offer by Forestar to lease, license or sell any particular tract of land, but is solely a solicitation of offers for the license of Forestar land for recreational use. Forestar reserves the right to reject any offer in its sole discretion. The General Terms and Conditions reflected on this site are a summary of certain key provisions and do not include all of the terms and conditions which would be included in any recreational use agreement.
No agreement will exist until all of Forestar’s recreational use requirements have been met, including without limitation, execution of a written recreational use agreement signed by an eligible applicant and an authorized official of Forestar, payment of appropriate recreational use fees, acceptance of Forestar recreational use guidelines, and other requirements as determined by Forestar from time to time.
The Site Information is owned by Forestar and is made available for use by potential recreational licensees for the purpose of evaluating tracts of land for consideration in making a recreational use application. It is made available to current licensees as a hunting-information resource and to expedite recreational use renewal. The Site Information may not be used for any other purpose, and may not be reproduced or redistributed in any manner without the prior written consent of an officer of Forestar.
As used on this site, “Forestar” means Forestar (USA) Real Estate Group Inc. doing business as Forestar Real Estate Group.
Hold Harmless Agreement
If you elect to enter Forestar land to view or evaluate a potential recreational use tract or for any other reason, you agree to do so at your own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, you waive any claims against, and agree to release and hold Forestar, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors and contractors harmless from, all claims or liability of every type (including court costs and legal fees) for injury or death to any person or for damage to property arising out of or relating to your presence on land owned or licensed by Forestar. This agreement applies to you and any other party accompanying you, under your direction, or at your request.
